Hotel Jumeirah

As Jumeirah Group has joined GTLand operational business with a new hotel venture at the Winter Mall, the client scope called for a proper integration of the hospitality brand image into the overal ongoing design.

The façade design becomes a strategic pivot between the city and the surrounding development. A clean curtain wall glass screen is framed by the sequence of slender mullions, leaving its metal background of champagne-tone panels to speak out but elegantly crystallizing the welcoming when approaching the concierge from the drop-off at street level or simply at urban scale.
